The three authors of Leading Digital, Turning Technology into Business Transformation, (Harvard Business Press, 2014)— MIT IDE co-director, Andrew McAfee, MIT Research Scientist George Westerman, and Capgemini Senior VP, Didier Bonnet — were recently interviewed by the MIT Sloan Management Review. The panel zeroes in on some of the key findings of the book and describe not only which companies succeed at digital transformation, but why some others are struggling.
